Hiring Operations & Retail Assistant (Full-time / Part-time)

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to:)

Oversee the merchandising of products across different stockists and Wheniwasfour online/main retail store:
- checking stock levels and replenishing stocks
- address and resolve customer complaints
- attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
- preparing stocks and filing forms and other documents

Other Duties and Responsibilities
- assist in daily business operations, like order fulfilment, cashiering etc
- other ad-hoc jobs 

- Singaporean or PR Only
- It is alright if you have no experience but you must be willing to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Responsible, self-driven, takes initiatives, willing to learn
- Meticulous, hardworking, able to multi-task in a fast pace environment

Be prepared for repetitive work like packing of orders every day. If you are someone who doesn't like to do repetitive tasks then this job is not for you.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to:)

- Conceptualise and create new products, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Execute all brand/marketing visuals that support the sales of our products and other festive campaigns
- Prepare final artwork and liaising with vendors, printers, etc.
- Ensure that your design meets brand expectations
- Creating and editing graphics using Adobe software - Photoshop and Illustrator
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
- Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

- Singaporean or PR 
- A relevant degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications or equivalent
- A strong portfolio and style
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in Procreate and Indesign is preferred but not essential
- Possess illustration skill
- Able to meet deadlines
- Responsible, self-driven, takes initiatives, 'can-do' attitude, willing to learn
- Detailed and meticulous
- Able to start in immediately or in April
