Hiring Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with our team to bring new products to life and develop marketing materials that enhance brand visibility and support sales efforts. This position offers a chance to grow your portfolio and contribute to exciting projects that shape our brand's identity.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to:)

•    Assist in the design and development of new products, from concept to final implementation.
•    Create marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets for social media and websites.
•    Create visuals for promotional campaigns and other projects.
•    Product photoshoot
•    Contribute to product packaging design, ensuring consistency with the brand identity.
•    Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for products and campaigns.
•    Support other design-related tasks as needed.
•    Able to multitask to manage various responsibilities effectively.

Requirements:

- Singaporean or PR 
- A relevant degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications or equivalent
- A strong portfolio and style
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in Procreate and Indesign is preferred but not essential
- Possess illustration skill
- Able to meet deadlines
- Responsible, self-driven, takes initiatives, 'can-do' attitude, willing to learn
- Detailed and meticulous
- Able to start by end June or early July

Hiring Operations & Retail Assistant (Part-time)

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to:)

Oversee the merchandising of products across different stockists and Wheniwasfour online/main retail store:
- checking stock levels and replenishing stocks
- address and resolve customer complaints
- attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
- preparing stocks and filing forms and other documents

Other Duties and Responsibilities
- assist in daily business operations, like order fulfilment, cashiering etc
- other ad-hoc jobs 

- Singaporean or PR Only
- It is alright if you have no experience but you must be willing to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Responsible, self-driven, takes initiatives, willing to learn
- Meticulous, hardworking, able to multi-task in a fast pace environment

Be prepared for repetitive work like packing of orders every day. If you are someone who doesn't like to do repetitive tasks then this job is not for you.
