Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged during delivery or you received the wrong item, we’re here to help with a one-to-one exchange. The replacement can be a different product if preferred.

What to do:

  • Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return process.

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 working days from the date you received the item.

  • We will send out the replacement within 7 working days of receiving your return.

  • You can also visit our physical store at Bras Basah Complex #04-41, S180231 to make the exchange in person.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Wheniwasfour.

  • Shipping of the exchanged item will also be borne by Wheniwasfour.

Price Difference:

  • If the replacement item is of a lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.

  • If it’s of a higher value, the balance will need to be paid before we ship the new item.



Change of Mind – Exchange Policy

If you’ve received your order and would like to exchange it for a different product, here are our guidelines:

For Online Orders:

  • One-time exchange only.
    Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. We’ll advise you on how to proceed with the return.

  • Return timeframe:
    Items must be shipped back within 7 working days of receiving your order.
    The replacement item will be sent within 7 working days of receiving your return.

  • Shipping costs:
    All shipping costs for both return and exchange are to be borne by the customer.

  • Price difference:

    • If the new item is of lower value, there will be no refund of the balance.

    • If it’s of higher value, the price difference must be paid before the new item is shipped.

  • Non-exchangeable items:

    • Customised/print-on-demand products

    • Jewellery and face masks (for hygiene reasons)

  • Condition of products:
    All items must be in their original condition and packaging.
    We reserve the right to assess the condition before processing the exchange.

  • Important:
    You must notify us before sending back your return so we can expect your package.
    Unauthorised returns will be refused.
    We do not offer refunds for items damaged during delivery — please refer to our damage/incorrect item policy instead.

 

For In-Store Purchases:

  • Exchanges must be made in person at our Bras Basah Complex store (#04-41, S180231)

  • Please bring along the receipt.

  • Exchange must be done within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
    We reserve the right to assess the condition before approving the exchange.
