Exchange Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged during delivery or you received the wrong item, we’re here to help with a one-to-one exchange. The replacement can be a different product if preferred.
What to do:

Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Returns must be shipped within 7 working days from the date you received the item.

We will send out the replacement within 7 working days of receiving your return.

You can also visit our physical store at Bras Basah Complex #04-41, S180231 to make the exchange in person.
Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs will be covered by Wheniwasfour.

Shipping of the exchanged item will also be borne by Wheniwasfour.
Price Difference:

If the replacement item is of a lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.

If it’s of a higher value, the balance will need to be paid before we ship the new item.
Change of Mind – Exchange Policy
If you’ve received your order and would like to exchange it for a different product, here are our guidelines:
For Online Orders:

One-time exchange only.
Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. We’ll advise you on how to proceed with the return. -
Return timeframe:
Items must be shipped back within 7 working days of receiving your order.
The replacement item will be sent within 7 working days of receiving your return. -
Shipping costs:
All shipping costs for both return and exchange are to be borne by the customer. -
Price difference:

If the new item is of lower value, there will be no refund of the balance.

If it’s of higher value, the price difference must be paid before the new item is shipped.

Non-exchangeable items:

Customised/print-on-demand products

Jewellery and face masks (for hygiene reasons)

Condition of products:
All items must be in their original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to assess the condition before processing the exchange. -
Important:
You must notify us before sending back your return so we can expect your package.
Unauthorised returns will be refused.
We do not offer refunds for items damaged during delivery — please refer to our damage/incorrect item policy instead.
For In-Store Purchases:

Exchanges must be made in person at our Bras Basah Complex store (#04-41, S180231)

Please bring along the receipt.

Exchange must be done within 7 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to assess the condition before approving the exchange.
