Exchange Policy
When items are damaged during delivery OR sent wrongly
- We will do a one to one exchange. The exchange of new item can be of a different product.
- Please contact us within 3 working days upon receiving the delivery and we will let you know how to go about with the return.
- Your returns must be shipped within 7 working days upon receiving the delivery. We will only send you the new item within 7 working days upon receiving your return.
- All shipping costs for return of items are to be borne by the customer.
- Shipping of the exchanged item will be borne by Wheniwasfour.
- If the exchanged item is of a lesser value, there will be no refund of the balance.
- If the exchanged item is of a higher value, payment has to be made by the customer before the exchanged product will be shipped.
In circumstances when you have changed your mind and would like to have a different product after receiving the items that you have ordered
- We only allow ONE exchange. Please contact us within 3 working days upon receiving the delivery and we will let you know how to go about with the return.
- Your returns must be shipped within 7 working days upon receiving the delivery. We will only send you the new item within 7 working days upon receiving your return.

- Customised/print-on-demand products are not allowed to be exchanged.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the products before processing the exchange.
In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer exchange for jewelries/face masks.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if you do not contact us within the stipulated timeframe.
There are no refunds on items damaged during delivery. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
Exchange of items for in-store purchases
For in-store purchases at our physical store at Bras Basah Complex, exchange can be done in-store with the receipt within 7 days after the purchase. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the products before processing the exchange.
