In this program, you’ll be able to earn a sales commission for every referral you make that leads to a purchase. Using your Affiliate account, you’ll be able to track the referrals and sales you have made through your Affiliate URL Link. You will also be able to set up a page to showcase your favourite designs and review products of your choice! 

 
 *Your commission will increase accordingly when your sales hit the next tier. It will only be valid for 2 years from the date that you signed up. Everything will start afresh after 2 years. *We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations and erroneous order duplication. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfil.

About Our Affiliate Programme 

How it works

  • Sign up with us at https://affiliates.wheniwasfour.com/create-account. It's a free programme and there are no affiliate fees involved!
  • Once approved, you'll be given a Personal Affiliate Link (URL). You can view this link on the homepage of your Affiliate account after logging in! 
  • Attach the link when you share WHENIWASFOUR‘s content on your blog, website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp etc. (You are able to take anything from our website/Facebook/Instagram or shoot your own photos)
  • You get commission if someone purchases a product through your Personal Affiliate Link (Do take note that there is no commission on purchases you make through your own Link)
  • When visitors access WHENIWASFOUR products through your link, they are tagged with a cookie to signify referral from your site. Commission on any orders placed within 30 days of the referral will be credited to your account!

Group Leader: Base commission 7%
Class Monitor: 10% when you hit $100 in sales. 
Prefect: Commission 12% when you hit $500 in sales. 
Vice Head Prefect: Commission 14% when you hit $1500 in sales.
Head Prefect: Commission 20% when you hit $3000 in sales.

Payouts

Commissions will be calculated every 3 months (March, June, Sept, Dec) and payouts will be processed and made on the 14th of the following month. We are only able to pay through Paypal, Bank Transfer or Paynow at this current time. This is to facilitate any returns. Payouts can also be in the form of a Store Gift Card.

There will be a minimum earning amount to reach of $10 before payouts will be made.

  

Programme Terms and Policies

  • As a participant in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed in our Affiliate Agreement form.
  • Gaming the system will lead to exclusion from the program and any rewards earned will be revoked.
  • If an affiliate buys through a referral link/coupon of other affiliates, they will not be given commission for that sale.
  • You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of WHENIWASFOUR or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of WHENIWASFOUR.
  • The purchase must either be made through your Personal Link or involve your unique referral discount code in order for you to be credited. You will not earn your reward if the referred customer fails to do so.
  • WHENIWASFOUR reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
